It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits that require dependable switching between pressure lines. The model adheres to the NG10 nominal size so it fits manifolds designed for medium-flow sections. Its 4-way porting allows simultaneous control of pressure, tank, and two actuator lines. Installation is simplified by the ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 mounting interface, and wiring is handled through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector linked to a 24 V DC solenoid. Operators can shift the spool manually by a concealed override when electrical power is unavailable. External pilot oil supplied at port X initiates actuation while spent pilot oil returns internally through port T, reducing extra plumbing.
In service, the valve withstands 280 bar on ports P, A, and B and passes up to 90 l/min when port P is pressurized at that level, meeting typical power unit demands. Pilot control remains safe because the pilot stage tolerates a maximum of 250 bar and still centers reliably once pressure drops to 12 bar. Port T in internal return duty is limited to 210 bar to protect seals, which are molded from NBR for mineral oil compatibility. Fastening the subplate requires screws tightened to 12.5 Nm, preventing leakage without overstressing the body. Clean hydraulic oil conforming to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 must be maintained so the spool surfaces stay free of wear-accelerating particles.
