The 4WEH10J4X/6EG24ETK4QM0G24/B10 directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It switches hydraulic flow paths in automated circuits by means of an electro-hydraulic pilot stage. The valve conforms to nominal size NG10 and follows the ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 porting pattern, allowing direct mounting on standard subplates. Actuation is electro-hydraulic, with three spool positions that center by spring force when the pilots are de-energized. A coil rated at 24 V DC operates the pilot stage, and wiring is made through a DIN EN 175301-803 (K4) connector. The rest position is supervised by the QM0G24 position monitoring feature to support feedback to the control system. A throttle insert with a 1.0 mm orifice identified as B10 can be installed to limit pilot oil flow and improve stability.
Hydraulic capacity reaches 160 l/min while the main ports can be pressurized up to 280 bar. The pilot circuit tolerates up to 250 bar and must not exceed 210 bar on the internal Y return line when powered by direct current. Reliable shifting is achieved once the pilot pressure rises above 12 bar. Both pilot oil supply and return are internal, indicated by the ET designation, so no external lines are required. The valve meets cleanliness class ISO 4406 20/18/15, which defines the maximum particle load of the hydraulic fluid.
