The 4WEH10HD4X/OF6EG24N9ETDK25L directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It is a four-way unit used to route pressurized oil between pump, actuator, and tank ports in automated hydraulic machinery. Built in nominal size 10, it handles flow rates up to 160 l/min without exceeding the design envelope. Two hydraulic end positions are defined by spool symbol D, and a hydraulic return circuit centers the spool after actuation. Lines p, a, and b can operate at pressures up to 350 bar, enabling use in high-pressure systems. Electrical shifting requires a 24 V DC supply to the solenoid.
Pilot functions are fully internal, so oil is both supplied and returned inside the housing under the ET designation. The pilot stage tolerates pressures up to 250 bar and needs at least 7 bar to move the spool. Installation follows the ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 interface and uses four M6 × 45 ISO 4762 screws; each screw must be tightened to 12.5 Nm with a 10 percent margin. A concealed N9 manual override lets service staff position the spool without energizing the solenoid. These characteristics make the valve suitable for compact manifolds where external pilot lines are undesirable.
