The 4WE6X7-6X/EW230N9K4 valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth and belongs to the WE Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow by means of a solenoid-driven spool and is intended for use in automated power units. The hydraulic section is specified for a maximum flow of 60 l/min, enabling medium-capacity circuits to operate without undue pressure loss. Ports P, A, and B tolerate working pressures up to 350 bar, whereas the tank port is limited to 160 bar to protect return plumbing. Oil entering the valve must meet ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 so internal clearances remain free of abrasive particles. These pressure, flow, and cleanliness limits are chosen to preserve the precision of the spool and to maintain predictable switching behavior during long-term duty in industrial machines.
