The 4WE6W6X/EW110N9DK25L/V/62 directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the WE Directional Spool Valves series and directs pressurized fluid to selected actuator ports in hydraulic automation systems. The mounting interface follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern so the valve can be fitted on standard CETOP 3 subplates. A maximum operating pressure of 350 bar on the pressure and service ports allows use in high-pressure circuits, while the tank port tolerates up to 160 bar. The electrical interface is a DK25L five-pole central connector, providing a single plug for power and protective earth to simplify manifold wiring. IP65 ingress protection blocks dust and water jets, allowing the valve to operate in exposed machine areas. A concealed N9 manual override lets maintenance staff shift the spool without power during commissioning or fault isolation. FKM seals withstand mineral oils and many synthetic fluids at elevated temperatures, maintaining leakage control over long service intervals. The body includes an ISO 8752-3×8-St locating hole so the subplate pin keeps the valve aligned under vibration. After actuation the coil remains energized with a holding power of 50 VA to keep the spool in position. The assembly weighs 1.95 kg, which eases handling during installation inside compact hydraulic manifolds.
