It directs pressure media to actuators in automated hydraulic machinery where quick, repeatable position control is needed. The valve is supplied in size 6, which defines its mounting envelope and flow cross-section, and it fits subplates that follow the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern for interchangeability with other components. The tank port T withstands continuous back-pressure up to 210 bar, so the valve can return fluid into systems that run at elevated reservoir pressures. A concealed manual override designated N9 is provided for setup or emergency actuation, and this pushbutton may be used at line pressures up to 50 bar without damaging the spool assembly. Cleanliness of the supply fluid must meet ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to keep the precision lands free of contamination. Housing alignment during installation relies on a locating hole prepared to ISO 8752-3×8-St, identified by the suffix /62. The solenoid circuit includes suppression able to tolerate switch-off overvoltages up to 500 V, protecting insulation when the control relay opens.
