The 4WE6M6X/EW110N9K4/B10V directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WE Directional Spool Valves series. It is applied in hydraulic automation to route pressurized fluid between actuators and pumps on demand. The valve is built in size 6 and follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting pattern, which standardizes interface dimensions. Operating pressure can reach 350 bar on pressure and work ports, permitting use in high-load circuits. A maximum flow capacity of 60 l/min supports medium-speed cylinders and motors. To smooth inlet conditions, a 1.0 mm throttle insert is fitted in port P. The dual solenoids run from a 110 V AC supply; they draw 0.52 A at 50 Hz and 0.39 A at 60 Hz.
With both solenoids installed the assembly weighs 1.95 kg, facilitating manual installation. Power is supplied through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector that provides standard pin orientation. The housing carries an IP65 rating, protecting internal components against dust and low-pressure water. Coil windings conform to insulation class H, allowing higher permissible temperature rise. A concealed N9 manual override permits direct spool actuation during setup or emergency operation. FKM seals withstand aggressive oils and elevated fluid temperatures. System fluid must meet cleanliness level ISO 4406 20/18/15, and back-pressure at the tank port must stay below 160 bar.
