It actuates hydraulic ports to start, stop, or redirect flow in automated machinery. The valve is built to nominal size 6, allowing it to fit compact control manifolds while delivering consistent switching performance. It bolts to an ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 interface so it can be exchanged with other size-matched components without re-machining the subplate. For fluid side limits, the valve accepts a maximum flow of 80 l/min to maintain spool stability, and it withstands 350 bar on pressure, A, and B lines while the tank port is limited to 210 bar in direct-current operation. An IP66 body rating prevents dust ingress and high-pressure water spray from affecting the solenoid during wash-down conditions. Because the design permits installation in any orientation, machine builders can mount the unit on horizontal or vertical manifolds without changing performance. The hydraulic system must maintain ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 cleanliness so the spool remains free of contamination-induced sticking. A concealed manual override is included for commissioning or emergency shifts when power is absent. FKM seals are fitted to tolerate mineral oils and elevated temperature service, completing the fluid interface requirements.
