It is energized with a nominal voltage of 110 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz so that it can integrate directly with common control transformers. A switch-on power demand of 220 VA supplies the magnetic force required for rapid spool movement, while the holding power falls to 50 VA to limit heat once the position is reached. Insulation class H and a maximum coil surface temperature of 120 °C enable operation near hot machinery without premature winding failure. In service, the valve sustains 350 bar on pressure, A, and B ports to accommodate high-pressure pump systems, while the T port is limited to 160 bar in AC operation to protect return-line components. Flow rates up to 60 l/min can pass through the body without exceeding rated pressure drop, supporting medium-size actuator groups. A concealed manual override coded N9 allows emergency shifting when power is absent, and it withstands tank pressures up to 50 bar so the user can actuate the spool under residual line load. The mounting face follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern for interchangeability with standard subplates, and an FKM seal set resists mineral oils and higher temperatures. A throttle insert with a 1.0 mm orifice in port P, identified as option B10, helps meter inlet flow and damp pressure spikes on fast solenoid energization.
