The 4WE6J6X/EG24N9DK25L/N08/62 directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow so actuators move as commanded in automated machines. The valve mounts to subplates that follow the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern, ensuring interchangeability with common CETOP 3 manifolds. A solenoid coil rated for 24 V DC energizes the spool, and it absorbs 30 W at nominal load to achieve full stroke. The DK25L five-pole connector carries power and control signals through a single plug to simplify wiring. Because the duty cycle is 100 % ED, the coil may stay energized continuously without overheating. A concealed N9 manual override permits local actuation during setup or when electrical power is unavailable.
The valve withstands a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar on ports P, A, and B so it can operate in high-pressure circuits, while the tank port accepts up to 210 bar when direct-current solenoids are used. Flow capacity reaches 80 l/min, setting the upper limit for pump sizing in the connected system. A 0.8 mm throttle insert in ports A and B tempers flow spikes and smooths transition between spool positions. The spool can shift up to 4.2 times per second, enabling rapid directional changes in cyclic applications. IP65 ingress protection shields the solenoids against dust and low-pressure water jets. With both solenoids fitted, the assembly weighs 1.95 kg, allowing one technician to install it easily. During operation the coil draws 1.25 A at 24 V, a current level readily supplied by standard control power units.
