The 4WE6J5-6X/EW110N9K4/62 directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series and directs pressure oil to selected actuator ports in hydraulic automation. It mounts on subplates through an ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 interface, giving interchangeability with common CETOP 03 patterns. The design supports a maximum flow of 60 l/min so medium flow circuits can be switched without excessive pressure loss. The solenoid operates on 110 V at 50 or 60 Hz, and the ±10% voltage tolerance keeps actuation reliable when line supply varies. Switch-on power peaks at 220 VA to shift the spool, then holding power drops to 50 VA to limit heating. A 100% duty cycle lets the valve remain energized indefinitely for continuous machine cycles. Wiring is completed with a 3-pin DIN EN 175301-803 plug, which speeds replacement without tool-intensive terminations. A concealed N9 manual override permits local shifting during commissioning or power loss without exposing internal parts. The locating hole specified as ISO 8752-3x8-St (/62) centers the body on the subplate and prevents lateral movement under vibration.
