The 4WE6EA6X/EG24K4QMAG24 valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic oil to actuators in automated machinery, allowing controlled movement cycles. A nominal size of 6 fits compact manifolds while still passing typical machine flow rates. The mounting interface follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 so the valve can replace similar units without re-machining the subplate. Shifting force is generated by a wet-pin high-power solenoid, a design that isolates the coil from the hydraulic fluid and improves service life. The coil is energized with 24 V DC, drawing 1.25 A during steady operation, which simplifies wiring to standard machine power supplies. Class F insulation protects the windings against elevated temperatures, and the coil housing may reach up to 120 °C without damaging the insulation system.
