The 4WE6EA6X/EG24K4QM0G24 directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WE Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow to actuators in automated systems and supports manifold mounting through the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern. The hydraulic section permits a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar on ports A, B, and P, and allows up to 80 l/min of flow so that cylinders or motors can move at the required speed. The solenoid is energized at 24 V DC, draws a rated current of 1.25 A, and is designed for a duty cycle of 100% ED, enabling continuous operation without thermal cycling. Electrical losses are limited to a nominal power of 30 W, and the coil accepts a voltage variation of ±10% to accommodate supply fluctuations.
Connection is made through a DIN EN 175301-803 (K4) plug, and the enclosure achieves IP65 protection when the mating connector is properly installed. The winding is built to insulation class F and allows the coil surface to reach 120 °C without damage. Switching performance is stable up to 4.2 cycles per second, while the design withstands a switch-off overvoltage of 500 V to protect driver electronics. The tank port can be pressurized to 210 bar, permitting back-pressure applications. The valve mass with one solenoid is 1.45 kg, providing manageable handling during assembly.
