The 4WE6E6X/EW230N9K4/V directional spool valve is built by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series and is used to shift hydraulic flow in automated machinery. The valve employs an E-design wet-pin detachable solenoid and is supplied in nominal size 6 to fit compact manifold blocks. Its mounting face follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern which standardizes interface dimensions. The solenoid coil is rated for 230 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz, drawing 0.16 A at 50 Hz and 0.17 A at 60 Hz. Electrical energizing requires 220 VA switch-on power, while steady operation holds at 50 VA.
Continuous energization is permitted because the duty cycle is 100 % ED (S1). The electrical interface uses a K4 plug that conforms to DIN EN 175301-803, and the assembled unit achieves an IP65 ingress rating for protection against dust and water jets. A concealed N9 manual override is available and can be actuated with tank pressure up to 50 bar. Hydraulic performance includes a maximum flow of 60 l/min and allowable pressures of 350 bar on ports A, B, and P, with 160 bar on port T.
