The 4WE6E6X/EW110RN9DK6L directional spool valve is built by Bosch Rexroth within the WE Directional Spool Valves series and is applied to route pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic circuits. It uses a 110 V AC solenoid that operates on either 50 or 60 Hz, drawing 220 VA at energizing to overcome spring force and establish flow paths. During sustained actuation the electrical load falls to a holding power of 50 VA while the rated continuous current remains 0.34 A on both supply frequencies. The coil is designed for 100 % duty so shifting can be maintained indefinitely without thermal derating; this is supported by an H-class insulation system and an allowable coil surface temperature of 120 °C. A DK6L seven-pole connector with six power pins plus protective earth handles wiring, and the housing is sealed to IP65 against dust and water jets.
For hydraulic performance, the valve passes up to 60 l/min through the NG6 interface while withstanding 350 bar on pressure, A, and B ports, which suits medium-size actuator circuits. Back-line stress is limited to 160 bar at the tank port to protect return plumbing. The mounting face follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 pattern, allowing direct stacking on standard subplates without additional adapters. System oil should meet a cleanliness level of 20/18/15 in accordance with ISO 4406 to prevent spool wear and ensure reliable shifting. When assembled with two solenoids the component weighs 1.95 kg, so installation can be handled manually in tight manifolds. These hydraulic and dimensional limits align with the electrical data introduced earlier and complete the specification set required for consistent directional control in automated machinery.
