The 4WE6E6X/EW110N9DL/62SO43A-1707 valve is built by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WE Directional Spool Valves series and serves to direct hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It uses the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern so that subplates and manifold blocks from multiple sources can be attached without modification. A mounting interface compliant with NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03 aids drop-in replacement on standard D03 subplates. The solenoid coil is rated for 110 V at 50/60 Hz, enabling operation from common industrial control transformers. During 50 Hz service the coil draws 0.52 A, while at 60 Hz the draw falls to 0.39 A, information required for circuit protection sizing. Switch-on power reaches 220 VA to overcome initial magnet force, after which holding power falls to 50 VA to reduce continuous heat generation. The winding accepts a voltage deviation of ±10%, allowing consistent actuation under moderate supply fluctuation. A cable gland identified by the DL code provides the electrical connection, giving strain relief for the incoming conductor. The enclosure carries an IP65 rating which keeps dust and low-pressure water jets from entering the solenoid housing.

The valve supports a 100% ED duty cycle. This continuous rating lets the solenoid remain powered indefinitely during automatic sequences. A concealed manual override identified as N9 is fitted. That feature gives technicians a means to shift the spool manually for test strokes without exposing the override to casual contact. Ports a, b, and p tolerate operating pressure up to 350 bar. This pressure capacity matches pumps used in high-force cylinder applications. The tank port withstands 160 bar when used with AC power, ensuring the body remains intact even when return pressure rises. Through-flow is capped at 60 l/min, setting the upper boundary for actuator speed. Designers use this flow figure to size lines and avoid excessive Δp across the valve.
