The 4WE6E67-6X/EG24N9K4/T06 CSA valve is built by Bosch Rexroth within the WE Directional Spool Valves series and directs pressurized fluid to actuators in hydraulic automation circuits. It uses nominal size 6 ports, and its ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 (NFPA D03) porting pattern eases block mounting. The valve withstands 350 bar at ports P, A, and B while the tank port endures 210 bar, enabling safe return flow. A maximum flow rate of 80 l/min lets it serve medium-capacity actuators without excessive pressure drop. Continuous energization is possible because the coil is rated for a 100 % duty cycle. Electrical power is supplied at 24 V DC, and the ±10 % voltage tolerance keeps actuation reliable on fluctuating supplies. The K4 connector following DIN EN 175301-803 provides plug-in wiring to simplify installation.
Thermal limits are set by a coil surface temperature of 120 °C, so enclosure heat must be managed during prolonged operation. The solenoid draws 30 W under nominal conditions, giving cabinets an accurate heat-dissipation figure, and switching is limited to 4.2 cycles per second to curb wear. Minimum spool play defined by the T06 option keeps internal leakage low, and fluid cleanliness must not exceed class 20/18/15 under ISO 4406(c) to prevent sticking. A concealed N9 manual override allows spool shifting if power is lost. The housing carries an IP65 rating, sealing out dust and water jets for field use.
