The 4WE6D7X/OFHG24N9K4/V directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WE Directional Spool Valves series for controlling hydraulic actuators. It is intended for manifold assemblies that follow the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern. The hydraulic ports A and B can be pressurized to 350 bar, allowing use in high-pressure circuits. When supplied with direct current, the valve passes up to 80 l/min so it can manage medium flow rates in mobile or industrial equipment. A detent returns and locks the spool, enabling position retention when the solenoids are de-energized. The electromagnetic section is designed for a nominal voltage of 24 V DC, and the circuit can tolerate voltage variation of ±10 % without performance loss. Continuous service is supported by a 100 % duty cycle classification, so the coil may remain energized indefinitely.
Electrical termination is through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector. With this connector fitted, the assembly achieves an IP65 protection class against dust ingress and low-pressure water. The DC coil draws 1.25 A and consumes 30 W, parameters that inform power supply sizing. A concealed manual override is provided, and it can be operated safely while counterpressure in the tank line is kept below 50 bar. The tank port itself is rated for 210 bar when the valve is driven by direct current coils. FKM sealing elements resist common hydraulic fluids and elevated temperatures. Two solenoids bring the mass of the valve to 1.95 kg, permitting straightforward installation.
