The 4WE6D6X/OFEW110NDL/V valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WE Directional Spool Valves series and is intended to shift hydraulic flow between circuits in automated machinery. It is energized by a 110 V AC coil, allowing operation on both 50 and 60 Hz supplies. At 50 Hz the solenoid draws 0.52 A, while at 60 Hz the current falls to 0.39 A, so panel designers can size conductors accurately. The winding follows insulation class H, permitting elevated internal temperatures without breakdown. During actuation the coil surface can reach up to 120 °C, making heat shielding important in tight manifolds. A permissible switch-off overvoltage of 500 V protects the coil against transient spikes when the circuit opens. The enclosure carries an IP65 rating which guards the electrics from dust ingress and low-pressure water jets during washdown. The tank port withstands 160 bar, supporting back-pressure conditions caused by long return lines. A porting pattern conforming to ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 ensures interchangeability with standardized subplates across multiple brands. The clamping length is 42 mm, giving assemblers a clear dimension for bolt selection and stack height calculations. FKM seals resist many hydraulic fluids and elevated temperatures, extending service intervals where aggressive additives are present.
