The 4WE6D6X/OFEW110NDAL directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WE Directional Spool Valves series and directs oil flow in automated hydraulic circuits. It is built in nominal size 6 for manifolds that follow ISO 4401-03-02-0-05. Two solenoids shift a two-position spool, allowing reversible flow paths for machinery actuators. Each coil is rated for 110 V at 50/60 Hz so the valve can be energized from common industrial supplies. Switch-on power reaches 220 VA to overcome magnetic inertia, after which holding power drops to 50 VA to limit heat rise. Continuous service is supported by a 100 % duty cycle and an H-class insulation system that tolerates a coil surface temperature up to 120 °C.
The hydraulic section accepts pressures up to 350 bar at the P, A, and B ports and up to 160 bar at the T port, enabling use on high-pressure pump circuits while protecting the return line. Flow capacity is 60 L/min, matching medium-size actuators without excessive pressure loss. The base follows the NFPA T3.5.1 D03 mounting pattern, and electrical hookup is via a DAL 1/2-14 NPT conduit entry so wiring can use standard fittings. Total mass with both solenoids is 1.95 kg, which eases manifold assembly and maintenance access.
