The 4WE6D6X/OFEW110N9/62SO43A-1221B directional spool valve is built by Bosch Rexroth within the WE Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow to actuators in automated machinery and maintains position control in pressurized circuits. This model offers two spool positions to alternate flow paths, and a detent identified as OF holds the spool mechanically after shifting. A concealed manual override labeled N9 allows service personnel to move the spool without electrical power. The valve mounts on subplates that follow ISO 4401-03-02-0-05, simplifying interchange during equipment upkeep. In operation ports A, B, and P can be pressurized up to 350 bar, while the spool passages accommodate flows as high as 60 l/min to support medium-duty cylinder or motor movements.
Continuous electrical service is supported by a 100 % duty cycle so the solenoids can remain energized throughout an entire production shift. Each coil accepts 110 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz and may draw 220 VA during switch-on before settling to a holding demand of 50 VA, all within a voltage tolerance of ±10 %. Class H insulation withstands the associated thermal rise. The assembly can switch up to two times per second, and back pressure at the tank port is limited to 160 bar to protect return lines. Installation is aided by an ISO 8752-3×8-St locating pin that centers the housing accurately. Total mass with both solenoids is 1.95 kg, facilitating manual handling during maintenance.
