It directs hydraulic flow between pressure, actuator, and tank lines in automated machinery. Two spool positions give discrete on-off control, and the D spool symbol defines the specific crossover paths required for double-acting actuators. A 24 V DC solenoid draws 1.25 A and consumes 30 W, enabling full shifting force while supporting a 100 % duty cycle for continuous service. Electrical connection is made through a DK25L five-pole Mini-Change plug that supports plug-and-play replacement. A B08 throttle insert with a 0.8 mm orifice is fitted in port P to limit inrush flow and reduce shock during spool shifts. The design passes up to 80 l/min of hydraulic oil when fully open, servicing medium-capacity cylinders and motors. An IP65 housing protects the coil against dust and low-pressure water jets, provided the mating connector is properly sealed. The complete twin-solenoid assembly weighs 1.95 kg, which facilitates easy handling during installation or replacement.
