The 4WE6D6X/OFEG24N9DK24L/B10V/62 AN directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WE Directional Spool Valves series. The valve directs pressurized fluid to actuators in compact hydraulic manifolds. It follows the ANSI B93.9 port pattern to match standard sub-plates and withstands 350 bar at ports P, A, and B for high-pressure circuits. A throttle insert of 1.0 mm is factory fitted in port P to dampen pressure peaks, while FKM seals contain mineral oil and synthetic fluids at temperatures typical of industrial systems. The direct-current solenoid draws 1.25 A at a nominal 24 V DC and consumes 30 W, with operation allowed within ±10 % of the rated voltage. Electrical connection is made through an M12×1 four-pole plug (code DK24L). Continuous flow up to 80 L/min can pass through the valve without exceeding its design limits.
A springless detent keeps the spool locked in each switched position, removing the need for holding power when the valve is de-energized. For commissioning or emergency action, a concealed manual override (N9) is provided and may be operated safely against tank pressure up to 50 bar. Port T is rated for 210 bar to accommodate back-pressure in return lines. The housing carries an IP65 ingress protection rating, allowing installation in wash-down areas when a correctly gasketed connector is fitted. Accurate manifold alignment is supported by a locating hole specified as ISO 8752-3 × 8-St, identified by the /62 code.
