The 4WE6D6X/OFEG125NK4/V directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits by shifting a spool between discrete positions. The valve works with a port layout that follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 so it mates with standard subplates in compact manifolds. Two solenoids are fitted and bring the assembled weight to 1.95 kg. Each coil is designed for a nominal voltage of 125 V DC and draws a rated current of 0.17 A while consuming 30 W of power during continuous duty. Insulation materials meet class F requirements to withstand the operating temperatures associated with that power loss. Electrical connection is made through a DIN EN 175301-803 type K4 plug, and the enclosure sealing achieves IP65 ingress protection for reliable service in industrial environments.
The hydraulic side supports a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar on ports A, B, and P, while the return line can tolerate up to 210 bar at the tank port. Flow capability reaches 80 l/min with direct current actuation, allowing medium-size actuators to move at required speeds. A detent mechanism holds the spool in its selected position without coil energization, and a manual override is provided for setup or emergency actuation; this override may be used as long as tank pressure remains below 50 bar. Fluoroelastomer seals made from FKM isolate the working fluid, and the design is rated for continuous operation at a 100 % duty cycle so switching can occur without thermal derating.
