The 4WE6D6X/OFEG125N9K4 directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series and is used to route hydraulic flow in automated machinery. Two spool positions let a cylinder extend or retract without intermediate stops. Actuation comes from a wet-pin detachable coil, which stays cooled by the surrounding fluid and can be replaced without opening the hydraulic section. The coil operates at a nominal voltage of 125 V DC with a ±10 % tolerance, draws 0.17 A, and requires 30 W, so the magnetic force remains stable during switching. A 100 % duty cycle rating permits the valve to stay energized continuously without overheating.
An IP65 enclosure shields the electrical parts from dust and low-pressure water jets, and the DIN EN 175301-803 connector provides a standardized wiring interface. A concealed manual override allows technicians to shift the spool during setup while preventing accidental engagement in service. NBR seals contain the hydraulic fluid and tolerate common mineral oils. The valve withstands 350 bar on ports P, A, and B and 210 bar on the tank port during direct current operation, enabling use in high-pressure circuits. It handles flow rates up to 80 l/min, supporting medium-capacity actuators without excessive pressure loss.
