The 4WE6D6X/EW110K4QMBG24 directional spool valve is built by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series and directs hydraulic flow to actuators in automated machinery by shifting a spool with a high-power wet-pin solenoid. The solenoid operates from a 110 V AC supply at 50 or 60 Hz, drawing 0.52 A at 50 Hz and 0.39 A at 60 Hz, so panel designers can size fuses and transformers correctly. An insulation class H winding together with a maximum coil surface temperature of 120 °C preserves coil life during continuous duty. Electrical hookup is completed through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector, and the housing carries an IP65 rating to block dust and low-pressure water jets once the plug is installed. The valve mounts to subplates using the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern, allowing interchange with other CETOP 3 devices.
The hydraulic section passes up to 60 l/min, making the unit suitable for medium-flow circuits. Working ports P, A, and B tolerate 350 bar, while the T port is rated for 160 bar, so back-pressure limits must be respected on tank lines. Fluid cleanliness must not exceed ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to prevent spool wear and sticking. A QM inductive position switch observes position b of the spool and reports status to the control system; the sensor is powered from a 24 V DC supply for compatibility with standard PLC inputs.
