The 4WE6D6X/EG24N9K4QMBG24/62 directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WE Directional Spool Valves series. Designed to route hydraulic fluid between pressure, tank, and actuator lines, it fits a size 6 interface and follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting pattern for easy manifold installation. A locating hole with a locking pin compliant with ISO 8752-3x8-St keeps the body aligned during assembly. The unit includes a concealed N9 manual override that allows emergency actuation when power is unavailable; this override can be used while tank pressure remains below 50 bar. Spool position monitoring is provided through a QM “b” switch rated for 24 V feedback, supporting closed-loop machine control. Electrical power reaches the solenoid through a K4 connector that meets DIN EN 175301-803, and continuous service is possible because the electromagnet is specified for a 100 % S1 duty cycle.
Control electronics supply the valve with a nominal 24 V DC, and the coil draws 1.25 A, corresponding to a nominal power consumption of 30 W; safe operation is maintained as long as the supply stays within a ±10 % voltage window. When energized, the spool can switch up to 4.2 times per second, enabling responsive directional changes in automated hydraulic loops. The hydraulic section supports flow rates up to 80 l/min at direct current operation while holding line pressures of 350 bar on ports P, A, and B. Return flow to tank is limited to 210 bar to protect downstream components. Overall performance remains stable because all electrical and hydraulic figures are matched to the size-6 envelope and the solenoid’s thermal design.
