Digital status lines can source or sink as much as 10 mA, with low states held below 1 V and high states reaching at least the supply voltage minus 5 V, which satisfies PLC input thresholds. The enclosure achieves an IP65 rating when the mating plug is connected, protecting the electronics against dust ingress and water jets encountered on hydraulic manifolds. System mass is 2.25 kg, light enough for direct manifold mounting without additional brackets.
