The VT-DFPE-A-2X/G24K0/0A1V/V directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the VT-DFP Directional Valves series. Intended for hydraulic automation, it adjusts flow paths while simultaneously managing pressure in closed-loop pump circuits. The electronics accept a 24 V DC supply so it can be tied directly to common machine power rails, and the control card reads a 0–10 V pressure signal on terminal X1 to generate proportional spool movement. During normal operation the current draw stays at 0.6 A, yet the design allows up to 1.25 A for rapid transients so the actuator can reach command values quickly. A switchable pressure controller is built in, letting users toggle between directional control only and combined pressure regulation. The hydraulic section withstands 350 bar, and the housing carries an IP65 rating to resist dust and low-pressure water. Installation is radial to the pump axis, which simplifies manifold layout in compact power units.
A plug-in connector coded K0 simplifies field wiring and supports quick replacement without disturbing fixed cabling. The internal electronics are the standard version without leakage-oil return, reducing plumbing complexity when the valve is mounted on reservoirs lacking a dedicated drain. FKM seals resist mineral oils and many synthetic fluids, extending service intervals in demanding production lines. Securing the body to a subplate requires 7 Nm on each mounting screw, a torque that maintains gasket compression without distorting the casting. Two diagnostic outputs assist with commissioning: Uout1 provides up to 10 V at 1.5 mA as a scaled replica of the command signal, while Uout2 supplies a symmetrical ±10 V reference for real-time status checks. The mass of 2.25 kg keeps the unit light enough for manifold stacks where weight constraints are critical yet heavy enough to damp vibration from pressure surges.
