The circuit tolerates momentary voltage dips down to 21 V and surges up to 35 V, aiding plant start-up and emergency stop sequences. Command signals enter through a 100 Ω analog current input, providing a predictable burden for PLC current loops. A switchable pressure-controller function becomes active on a high input signal, allowing the same unit to regulate pressure when needed. The enclosure carries an IP65 rating so the internal electronics remain protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets in typical factory wash-downs. Those electronics are mounted 90 degrees clockwise to the subplate, which streamlines cable routing in stacked manifolds, and they are supplied without leakage compensation to keep the control scheme simple. Dynamic seals are formed with FKM (Viton) material, enabling compatibility with high-temperature or synthetic fluids. The assembly weighs 2.25 kg, allowing single-handed placement during service. Ports P and A can withstand operating pressures up to 400 bar, while the tank port is limited to 100 bar to safeguard return lines. Continuous service is possible in environments with up to 95 percent relative humidity provided condensation is avoided, which supports installation in humid production areas.
