The VT-DFP-A-2X/G24K0/0/V valve is part of the VT-DFP Directional Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and directs flow in hydraulic automation systems. Its 3/3 proportional spool design offers three switching positions with proportional metering for precise actuator control. A 24 V DC supply powers the internal solenoid, enabling integration with common control cabinets. Fluid cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 class 18/16/13 to protect the spool and extend service life. Recommended hydraulic fluid is mineral oil of the HL or HLP groups according to DIN 51524, guaranteeing viscosity and lubrication compatible with the valve clearances. Sealing elements are made from FKM, providing chemical resistance to the specified oils and elevated temperature stability. Mounting is performed with ISO 4762 M6 × 40 screws, and each fastener is tightened to 7 Nm to secure the body against vibration.
