Continuous duty is supported up to 210 bar (3000 psi), giving adequate margin for machine tooling and presses. A single-stage pressure regulator stabilizes outlet pressure when demand fluctuates. Normal running can proceed with viscosity down to 21 cSt, preventing slip when oils thin under heat. During cold starts the pump withstands viscosity up to 864 cSt, allowing safe spin-up in low ambient conditions. Fluorocarbon seals contain the working fluid and resist swelling under the elevated temperature and chemical exposure associated with ester service.
