The SFE80P0-1X/M belongs to the SF Prefill Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended for hydraulic automation tasks where a large ported check valve is required. It is supplied as a cartridge valve that fits directly into a block installation designated by the letter P, giving manifold designers flexibility. The valve operates as a hydraulically piloted check design, so forward flow from port A to port B is unrestricted while reverse flow remains closed until a pilot signal is present. With a nominal size of 80, the flow passages are dimensioned for high volume transfer during rapid cylinder prefilling. Installation position is optional, allowing the unit to be mounted in any orientation, and the assembly weighs 10.30 kg.
The hydraulic limits support reliable system integration: ports B and P withstand operating pressures up to 350 bar, whereas port A is limited to 16 bar. Pilot control is routed to port X, and this connection tolerates pilot pressures as high as 150 bar to unlock the check function. The valve works with mineral-oil based fluids in the HL or HLP classes, and it should be supplied oil that meets ISO 4406(c) cleanliness class 20/18/15 to protect internal surfaces. Dynamic sealing is provided by NBR elastomers marked with the code M, and the design includes no pre-decompression stage, noted by the numeric code 0, so full system pressure reaches the poppet as soon as the pilot line is energized.
