SF150A1-1-4X/12

The SF150A1-1-4X/12 is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the SF Prefill Valves series. It is installed in hydraulic circuits to open a low-resistance passage so cylinders can be filled or emptied rapidly at low differential pressure. A flange connection integrates the valve directly into a manifold and shortens flow paths. The unit manages a flow of 3900 l/min, allowing large-bore actuators to move quickly during non-working strokes. It can be placed in any installation position, which simplifies layout inside presses or die-casting machines. The requested fluid cleanliness class of 20/18/15 per ISO 4406 limits particle contamination and protects the seat surfaces from wear.

Port-specific pressure limits define operating boundaries: port A is limited to 16 bar to prevent damage during rapid filling, while ports B, X, and Y withstand up to 350 bar for high-pressure holding phases. The housing weighs 135 kg in version A, so lifting equipment is normally required during assembly. Four M36 × 150 mounting screws secure the body, and each screw must be tightened to 2600 Nm to seal the flange against the manifold. These mechanical data complement the hydraulic ratings and ensure the valve stays rigid under cyclic loads encountered in heavy industrial presses.
