A minimum outlet pressure of 20 bar is required so the vane geometry stays seated during partial flow conditions. Viscosity limits range from 16 mm²/s to 160 mm²/s, defining the grade of hydraulic fluid that can be filled. Shaft speed may vary between 900 rpm and 1800 rpm, giving flexibility for variable-frequency motor drives. These operating windows allow the pump to adapt to servo-controlled hydraulic circuits that experience variable load and temperature cycles.
