The PV7-1X/25-30RE01MW0-16WH adjustable vane pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series. It supplies variable hydraulic flow for automated presses, test stands, and similar equipment. A displacement of 30 cm³ per revolution sets the basic delivery rate, while a maximum flow of 43.5 l/min at 1450 rpm and 10 bar covers typical medium-duty tasks. The shaft may run up to 1800 rpm so the pump can follow rapid command changes without flow loss. Clockwise rotation aligns with standard motor couplings, and a permissible drive torque of 180 Nm prevents shaft damage when pressure peaks. Pipe-thread ports built to ISO 228-1 simplify piping, cutting installation time and leak points.
The pump incorporates a two-step electric controller labeled W0 that toggles between high and low delivery stages during machine cycles. A normally open directional valve (WH) allows oil to recirculate to tank when the controller shifts to standby, reducing energy draw. The G3/8×12 drain connection routes case leakage; its 2 bar limit protects seals against backpressure. Continuous operation is allowed up to 160 bar, a value that also defines the zero-stroke pressure ceiling; the minimum zero-stroke setting is 20 bar to keep vanes seated. Acceptable suction conditions range from 0.8 bar absolute to 2.5 bar absolute, ensuring cavitation-free intake with elevated or flooded reservoirs.
