The PV7-1X/25-30RE01MD0-16 adjustable vane pump belongs to the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies controlled oil flow for hydraulic automation. Its displacement of 30 cm³ per revolution determines how much volume is transferred each shaft turn, letting designers size flow precisely. A maximum operating pressure of 160 bar defines the upper limit of system pressure that the housing and vanes can withstand. For applications below 100 bar it can also work with HETG, HEES, or HFD-U fluids, giving options for biodegradable or fire-resistant service. Suction conditions are defined by a minimum inlet pressure of 0.8 bar abs to avoid cavitation and a maximum inlet pressure of 2.5 bar abs to prevent seal overloading. The hydraulic fluid may reach 70 °C without harming elastomers or viscosity stability. Internally escaped oil is routed through the case drain, which must not exceed 2 bar to protect shaft seals. At zero delivery stroke and full pressure the unit passes 5.3 l/min of leakage; this return flow contributes to cooling and lubrication. Achieving rated output torque of 180 Nm on the drive shaft calls for appropriately sized couplings and motors. Process piping connects through ISO 228-1 parallel threads, allowing the pump to mate with standard BSP fittings. These parameters enable predictable installation and long-term reliability in closed-loop or open-loop hydraulic circuits.
