The PV7-1X/25-30RE01MC0-16 vane pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series. It supplies variable hydraulic flow in automation circuits where pressure adjustment and energy savings are required. The displacement is 30 cm³ per revolution, which defines the volume moved during each shaft rotation. When driven at 1450 rpm against 10 bar, the pump delivers a maximum flow of 43.5 l/min, providing adequate oil for medium-size actuator groups. Each turn of the pressure adjusting screw changes flow by 18 l/min at 1450 rpm, enabling precise setting during commissioning. At full pressure the drive shaft requires 13.7 kW, so motor sizing can be matched without oversizing. The unit withstands outlet pressures up to 160 bar while maintaining a minimum outlet pressure of 20 bar to secure vane stability. It is designed for HLP hydraulic oil conforming to DIN 51524-2, ensuring correct lubrication and wear resistance.
Leakage at zero stroke is limited to 5.3 l/min at maximum pressure, which keeps case temperature under control during standby. Internal leakage is routed to a drain line that must not exceed 2 bar, the specified maximum leakage pressure. Peak torque on the drive shaft reaches 180 Nm, so coupling components must be selected accordingly. Installation is through a 4-hole flange in accordance with ISO 3019-2, allowing direct mounting to IEC or NEMA motor adapters. System plumbing connects to a G 1 pressure port and a G 1 1/2 suction port, both threaded to ISO 228-1 for standard pipe fittings. An NBR seal set provides compatibility with the recommended mineral oil and maintains leak-free operation across the temperature range. Oil cleanliness must remain within ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to protect the vane set from scoring. The pump weighs 21 kg when fitted with its pressure controller, permitting single-person handling during service.
