The PV7-1X/10-20RE01MC3-10 pump is part of the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for variable-displacement hydraulic automation. A lockable pressure controller lets the user set and secure the working pressure, while a clockwise direction of rotation matches standard motor drives. Each revolution moves 20 cm³ of fluid, and the unit can start reliably once shaft speed reaches its 900 rpm minimum. At 1,450 rpm and 10 bar the pump delivers up to 29 l/min, drawing 5.8 kW of drive power at the same speed when operating at maximum pressure. System pressure can be regulated up to 100 bar, giving the pump the headroom required for medium-pressure circuits.
Internal losses are limited, with leakage flow held to 1.9 l/min at zero stroke and maximum pressure, and the case drain line may see up to 2 bar without risking seal damage. A 4-hole ISO 3019-2 mounting flange aligns the housing to common motor adapters, while the pressure port is threaded G 1/2 according to ISO 228-1 and the suction port is G 1 for unrestricted inlet flow. NBR sealing material resists standard mineral hydraulic oils, and the assembled pump weighs 12.5 kg for manageable installation and service.
