The PV7-1X/10-14RE01MD0-16 pump belongs to the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and supplies variable flow for hydraulic automation circuits. It delivers 14 cm³ per revolution, and the shaft is designed for clockwise rotation to match common motor drives. At 1450 rpm and 10 bar, the pump can provide up to 21 l/min, while a maximum speed of 1800 rpm supports higher duty points when required. Continuous operation is allowed up to 160 bar, and the drive must transmit 6.3 kW at peak pressure to maintain output. A torque limit of 90 Nm protects both coupling and shaft under load, and the inlet line must remain above 0.8 bar absolute so the vanes stay fully flooded.
A case-drain connection rated for 2 bar keeps internal leakage pressure within safe limits, and idle leakage of 2.7 l/min at zero stroke helps lubricate moving parts. The housing attaches with a four-hole ISO 3019-2 flange, allowing direct mounting to standard motor adapters. Process fluid enters through a G1 suction port and leaves through a G1/2 pressure port, both cut to ISO 228-1 threads for common pipe fittings. Required fluid cleanliness is ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to prevent accelerated wear of the vane set. The assembled unit weighs 12.5 kg, giving sufficient mass for vibration damping yet remaining manageable for a single-person installation.
