The PV7-1X/10-14RE01MC0-16 is an adjustable vane pump manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series, where it supplies variable flow for hydraulic automation circuits. The pump displacement is 14 cm³ per revolution, establishing the delivered oil volume each shaft turn. Turning the adjustment screw changes the flow by 10 l/min at 1450 rpm, so technicians can set output to match actuator demand. Under the same speed at 10 bar, the unit delivers a maximum of 21 l/min to drive medium-capacity systems. Continuous running is allowed down to 900 rpm, which maintains lubrication when equipment idles. The housing is rated for 160 bar operating pressure, enabling the pump to power clamp cylinders and small motors. A weight of 12.5 kg eases installation on compact power units. Cavitation is avoided when the absolute inlet pressure stays above 0.8 bar, and oil viscosity must not drop below 16 mm²/s to protect internal bearings.

The shaft can accelerate to 1800 rpm, the mechanical speed limit for this model. The inlet line also tolerates absolute pressures up to 2.5 bar, letting designers use flooded-suction tanks without stressing the cartridge. Downstream, the compensator keeps outlet pressure from falling below 20 bar so control stability is preserved. Internal leakage at zero stroke is 2.7 l/min, a flow that lubricates and cools the rotating group before returning to tank. The case drain connection must stay under 2 bar to protect shaft seals. Hydraulic oil with viscosities as high as 160 mm²/s is acceptable, allowing safe cold-start operation with heavier fluids. Service temperature spans from –10 °C to +70 °C, keeping seals within their elastic range in typical plant environments. These limits outline the working envelope for reliable, adjustable flow in automated hydraulic machinery.
