The P2V7/40-45C3+V7/40-71C3RE37+37E4 adjustable vane pump assembly is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series and supplies variable flow for hydraulic automation. It mounts by means of an ISO 3019-2 E4 flange so it can bolt directly to standardized power packs. Oil enters through a 1 1/2 in SAE suction flange defined by ISO 6162-1 and leaves via a G1 1/2 internal thread that follows ISO 228-1. Pump 1 has a displacement of 45 cm³ per revolution and delivers up to 66 l/min at 1450 rpm and 10 bar, while its maximum operating pressure reaches 160 bar. The drive must supply 280 N·m when this stage operates at peak load, and leakage at zero stroke is limited to 6.5 l/min to reduce standby losses. The assembly maintains a minimum outlet pressure of 20 bar to keep downstream circuits primed.
The second pumping element displaces 71 cm³ per revolution, providing additional volume for separate circuits. It can supply 104 l/min at 1450 rpm and 10 bar, and it is rated for continuous service up to 80 bar. This stage also demands up to 280 N·m of drive torque, allowing identical coupling selection for both sections. When its stroke is closed the leakage flow drops to 4 l/min, minimizing energy consumption during idle periods. These specifications enable balanced flow and pressure management across two circuits within a single PV7 pump housing.
