The P2V7/25-30D0+V7/16-20N0RE01+01E4 pump unit is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PV7 Adjustable Vane Pumps series. It serves as a dual-stage source of variable flow for hydraulic automation. The first pumping section displaces 30 cm³ per revolution, which allows a flow of 43.5 l/min at 1450 rpm and 10 bar. When loaded to its peak rating, this stage requires 13.7 kW of drive power and transmits up to 180 Nm of torque to the shaft. The first stage withstands a maximum operating pressure of 160 bar. Hydraulic fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to preserve vane surfaces and maintain stable output. These values define the limits of the second stage and its integration within hydraulic control circuits.
