That output exits through a 1 1/2-inch SAE pressure flange capable of handling the unit’s continuous working limit of 175 bar. The drive motor must supply up to 810 Nm to sustain this pressure at rated speed, so couplings and gearboxes are selected accordingly. Hydraulic oil may enter the housing as cold as −10 °C and reach temperatures up to 70 °C without compromising clearances. System filtration must maintain ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 so the gear teeth and bearings avoid abrasive wear.
