It rotates clockwise, so motor coupling must match that direction. A cylindrical drive shaft handles torque transfer while maintaining concentric alignment. At 1,500 rpm these sections deliver 80 L/min and 223 L/min respectively, supporting both pilot and main circuits. Ports for each section are positioned at the top at 0°, which helps release trapped air during priming. A SAE-C mounting flange places the case on standard power-takeoff pads without adapters.
The unit operates continuously up to 175 bar, allowing medium-pressure machinery to run without exceeding component stress. The rotor may turn as fast as 1,800 rpm when inlet pressure is 1 bar, and it should not fall below 600 rpm to retain internal lubrication. The cover section uses a SAE 1-inch pressure port, while the flange section uses a larger SAE 1-½-inch pressure port so hose sizes match their respective flows. A single suction connection of SAE 3-½-inch keeps inlet velocity low and resists cavitation. NBR seals contain the fluid and withstand common mineral oils found in industrial hydraulic systems.
