The PVV51-1X/193-027RB15UUMC pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series and provides fixed-volume flow for hydraulic automation systems. A flange-side displacement of 193.4 cm³ per revolution works with a cover-side displacement of 27.4 cm³ per revolution so that two hydraulic circuits can be supplied from one drive shaft. At 1500 rpm the flange side delivers 285 l/min, while the cover side outputs 39 l/min, separating high and low flow requirements within the same unit. The shaft is configured for clockwise rotation, matching most prime movers found in industrial power units. A permitted speed of 1800 rpm at a 1 bar inlet allows additional flow when higher throughput is required. An SAE-C mounting flange simplifies attachment to standard pump pads, and NBR sealing material contains mineral oil without swelling or leakage.
The cover side withstands a continuous pressure of 210 bar, while the flange side is rated for 175 bar, enabling the smaller section to service higher-pressure actuators and the larger section to feed lower-pressure, high-volume circuits. Both pressure outlets are located on the bottom of the housing, identified by the U orientation, which routes discharge lines downward to reduce trapped air. The cover-side pressure port uses an SAE 3/4 connection, whereas the flange-side pressure port is sized at SAE 1 1/2 to accommodate the greater flow. A single suction inlet of SAE 3 1/2 supplies both stages, keeping plumbing simple and minimizing inlet restriction.
