The PVV5-1X/193RB15DMC pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series, where it provides constant volumetric delivery in hydraulic automation. Its displacement is 193.4 cm³ per revolution, allowing predictable flow with each shaft turn. The pump is specified for clockwise rotation to match standard prime movers. Permitted running speeds extend from 600 rpm to a maximum of 1800 rpm, defining the usable operating window. At 1500 rpm it supplies 285 liters per minute to downstream actuators. System pressure can be maintained continuously at 175 bar without exceeding design limits. The drive shaft withstands up to 810 Nm of torque transmitted from the motor. Fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to prevent wear of internal surfaces.
The housing attaches to machinery through an SAE-C (127-2) mounting flange. On the inlet side a 3 in SAE suction port admits oil to the pumping elements. The pressure port is located on the top, 0° from the inlet, for straightforward routing. Discharge leaves through a 1.5 in SAE connection sized for the expected flow. Absolute inlet pressure shall not exceed 2.4 bar. Operation must also remain above a minimum absolute inlet pressure of 0.83 bar to avoid cavitation. An NBR seal set contains the working fluid and resists common hydraulic oils.
