PVV5-1X/193R is a fixed displacement pump in the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth designed to supply constant hydraulic flow for automation circuits. It displaces 193.4 cm³ per revolution so flow remains directly proportional to drive speed. At 1500 rpm the pump delivers 285 L/min, providing sufficient volume for medium-capacity systems. Permitted speed ranges from 600 to 1800 rpm at 1 bar inlet, helping match electric or diesel prime movers. A continuous operating pressure rating of 175 bar supports steady actuator loads without over-stressing the housings. Rotation is clockwise, a requirement that determines shaft coupling orientation during installation. The unit attaches with an SAE-C mounting flange and is filled with HLP mineral oil conforming to DIN 51524-2.
The suction side is equipped with an SAE 3 in port that minimizes inlet restriction at high flow. Pressure discharge uses an SAE 1 1/2 in port sized for the working line pressure. Oil viscosity may vary from 13 to 860 mm²/s, allowing safe operation from cold start to hot running conditions. Fluid temperature is allowed between −10 °C and +70 °C to protect seals and bearing surfaces. Filtration must achieve ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to limit particulate wear. The absolute inlet pressure must remain at or above 0.83 bar to prevent cavitation during the entire speed range.
