The PVV5-1X/139RJ15DMC fixed displacement pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series and is intended for hydraulic automation where steady oil delivery is essential. It moves 138.6 cm³ of fluid each revolution, defining the volume transferred per cycle. Under a 1 bar inlet the unit can reach 1 800 rpm, while dependable operation begins at 600 rpm, giving a broad speed window for different prime movers. Discharge oil exits a 1.5 inch SAE pressure port, and supply oil enters through a 3 inch SAE suction port to keep inlet losses low. Operating fluid may range from –10 °C to +70 °C, covering typical mobile and industrial environments. Oil cleanliness should reach ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to limit abrasive wear inside the pump. The assembled unit weighs 34 kg, making it manageable for installation with standard lifting aids.
