The PVV42-1X/098-055RA15DDMC pump belongs to the PV Fixed Displacement Pumps series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and supplies a constant volume of hydraulic fluid for automated motion or clamping tasks. It rotates clockwise when viewed from the shaft end, and its two stages are sized for 55.2 cm³ per revolution on the cover side and 97.7 cm³ per revolution on the flange side. At a drive speed of 1500 rpm the cover section delivers up to 80 l/min, while the flange section reaches 141 l/min so separate circuits can be served from a single housing. The allowable operating speed spans 600 rpm at the low end to 1800 rpm when the inlet is held at 1 bar, giving flexibility to match various prime movers.
For continuous operation the pump withstands system pressures to 175 bar. It attaches to engines or motors through the SAE J744 mounting interface, and pressure outlets are provided as a SAE 1-inch port on the cover side and a SAE 1 1/4-inch port on the flange side. The common suction passage uses a larger SAE 3-inch connection to limit inlet restriction. A 31.75 mm splined shaft transmits up to 407 Nm in version A, allowing direct coupling without external gear reducers.
